Lia graduated from her Lola’s kitchen in Manila and the world map. Obsessed with the science of flavor, she traveled to Naples (pizza) and Texas (BBQ) to crack the code. She is the “Stash Master”. Her philosophy: “Life throws problems at you. I throw a lumpia.” She’s not here to compete, she’s here to have fun with food.
